Weekly Meditation with Charlie
Summer Meditation Series Starts May 9th, 2025
Join me for my weekly meditation class at the Charlotte Beach in Charlotte, Vermont starting on Friday, May 9th, 2025. We’ll meet every Friday, weather dependent, until October.
I’ll start each session with a short talk on a meditation subject or answer a meditation question. Then I’ll lead us through an easy breathing technique and guide us into meditation. I often bring a traditional Indian instrument and chant as well. Most of the time we’ll sit quietly with eyes closed watching our inner experience. All are welcome. No experience neccessary.
We’ll be sitting on the grass, or eventually the dock, looking at the serene views of the Adirondack Mountains and Lake Champlain. We’ll use Nature as a guide. Starting with our attention on the calm morning and beauty outside, then closing our eyes to know that joy is truly inside as well. We’ll cultivate that inner peace with eyes closed in meditation following a simple technique.
The suggested donation for each class is $10. You can pay me that morning, if you like. You can also pay online from this webpage and purchase a 5-class card, if you intend on coming more often this summer. Those who already have a class card can use any credits for this class. I can let you know if you have any credits left. Let me know if you have any questions (cnardozzi124@gmail.com).
I’ve been practicing meditation for more than 30 years, including studying with a meditation master in the Himalayas of India for much of that time. Meditation is a transformative process that is open to anyone. It brings about the peace, joy, contentment and happiness we all crave in a world that seems very much devoid of all those things right now.

About The Class: I teach a style of meditation that’s simple, easy to learn and effective. We’ll be sitting on mats on the grass or dock. You’re also invited to bring a low chair to sit on if that feels better for you.
After years of meditating, I’ve seen the benefits, first hand, on physical, mental and emotional levels as well as the evolution of a deep sense of peace and oneness that permeates my everyday life. I’d love to share that process with you. All are welcome to join my meditations and no experience is necessary.
