Spring 2024 Meditation Classes

Join me for my latest Meditation Class Series starting March 6th, 2024.

The classes will run every Wednesday afternoon from March 6th, 2024 to April 10th, 2024, 5:00pm to 6:00pm.

You can attend the classes live, if you live in the area, at the Charlotte Vermont Senior Center. I’m also offering the class live via Zoom. I’ve been practicing meditation for more than 30 years, including studying with a meditation master in the Himalayas of India for much of that time. Meditation is a transformative process that is open to anyone. It brings about the peace, joy, contentment and happiness we all crave in a world that seems very much devoid of all those things right now.

Practical Stuff:

About The Class: I have recently returned from a 1 month long retreat at a meditation center in Northern India. In this series, I’ll share some new teachings that arose in me while I was gone concerning the functioning of the mind and ways to bring about that stillness, peace and love in our hearts. Using a guided meditation, simple breathing techniques (pranayam), and soft chants, I’ll  lead us into a quiet period of seated, closed eyes meditation.

We’ll be gathering at the Charlotte Senior Center in Vermont Wednesday afternoons, 5:00pm to

6:00pm, to meditate starting March 6th 2024 to April 10th, 2024. I will send out email reminders about the Wednesday class each week. Once you sign up for a class, you’re automatically on that email list. You can ask to be removed from the mailing list at any time.

After years of meditating, I’ve seen the benefits, first hand, on physical, mental and emotional levels as well as the evolution of a deep sense of peace and oneness that permeates my everyday life. I’d love to share that process with you. All are welcome to join my meditations and no experience is necessary.
