Wednesdays at the Charlotte Town Beach


Join me for weekly meditations at the Charlotte Town Beach in Vermont.

The classes will run May 24th, 2023 to September 27th, 2023, 7:30am to 8:30am.

I’ll send out weekly email notices about the class. Let me know (cnardozzi124@gmail.com) if you want to be on the email list. The cost is $10/class. You can  pay for the class in person on Wednesdays. (cash or check). You can also pay for the class by purchasing a 1 class or a 5 class card below.

I’ve been practicing meditation for more than 30 years, including studying with a meditation master in the Himalayas of India for much of that time. Meditation is a transformative process that is open to anyone. It brings about the peace, joy, contentment and happiness we all crave in a world that seems very much devoid of all those things right now.

I teach a Meditation style that’s easy to access for any beginning meditator, yet takes us to deeper place to evolve the understanding of experienced meditators.

Practical Stuff:

About The Class: I often give a short talk about a meditation concept to begin class, then use simple breathing techniques (pranayam), chants, and/or guided visualizations to lead us into a quiet period of seated, closed eyes meditation. We’ll be gathering at the Charlotte Town Beach in Vermont Wednesday mornings from 7:30am to 8:30am to meditate. I will send out email reminders about the Wednesday class each week. Once you sign up for a class, you’re automatically on that email list. You can ask to be removed from the mailing list at any time.

In case of bad weather, I will send out an email Wednesday morning before class about cancelling the class. If you don’t hear from me, you can assume the class is happening.

After years of meditating, I’ve seen the benefits, first hand, on physical, mental and emotional levels as well as the evolution of a deep sense of peace and oneness that permeates my everyday life. I’d love to share that process with you. All are welcome to join my meditations and no experience is necessary.
